職務簡介
● Maintain accounts payable ledger.
● Maintain processes and controls to manage accounts payable functions.
● Respond to employees or vendors inquiries.
● Item receipt and inventory.
● Quarterly and year-end close processes by collecting and analyzing account information.
● Support weekly cash management and bank account reconciliation
● Support audit for samples.
● Support colleagues to ensure effective, efficient operations on related processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Good command of English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Excel function
- Details oriented, proactive and hands-on.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include: Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and interact with people at all levels of a company Education.
